SNSI 進階自由潛水的課程可讓您改善呼吸技巧、 探索新的自由潛水方法，例如無蛙鞋動態閉氣的訓練使您必須練習深潛、呼吸生理學，以及訓練您的身體去適應自由潛水。
您還會學到如何計畫您的潛水課程，以及應具備的正確心態。本課程包含4堂學術課程，4堂泳池課程和4堂開放水域潛水課程。
通過 SNSI 進階自由潛水課程，您將增強技能並提高整體自由潛水表現。在課程結束之前，你將具備正確的自由潛水技巧，靜態閉氣 2 分鐘、動態平潛至 35 公尺、無蹼動態平潛至25 公尺以及恆重下潛至 20公尺的深度。
潛水裝備介紹
在 SNSI 進階自由潛水員課程中使用的裝備和在入門課程中是相同的，除此之外，您還將學到如何使用安全裝備，如：安全繫繩(safety lanyard)
什麼樣的人適合本課程
If you are certified SNSI Freediver o equivalent certified by a recognized training agency and are 15 years old, you are ready to start your SNSI Advanced Freediver course, you will increase your experience and increase your performance. Moreover, you will learn to have more fun underwater.
If you are already freediving enthuthiast, but never took a freediving course, you can enroll in the SNSI Advanced Freediver course. Your Instructor will evaluate and verify that you meet the certified SNSI Freediver qualifications and discuss the practical integration.
